"Just finished a 7 day Snow Tow with Japan Ski Adventures! The trip was a 12/10. One hell of an experience. These guys have it figured all out. The accommodations were awesome, the restaurants they took us to were some of the best Ive been, the skiing/riding was top notch. Wouldn't want to do Japan any other way! Highly recommend Japan Ski Adventures!!!!"
"I'd give Luke and Brent six stars if I could. Their inside knowledge of the region made the trip more than just great skiing. We skied a different resort everyday and the choice always seemed to be the perfect match for the conditions. From the blue bird morning at Asahidake to the "first through the gates" morning in Niseko Annupuri. Then, at night, we sampled an onsen and a different type of Japanese cuisine. Most of the places (resorts and restaurants) would have never been on the a tourist road map."
"The Storm Chaser was absolutely epic! The guides Brent and Soren were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They gave us everything we wanted. Even on days without a ton of new snow, Brent knows exactly where to find untouched lines. The trip was amazing, and I will never forget it...worth every penny!"
"We had a great time on the 'Storm Chaser' with Japan Ski Adventures, getting into lots of new and deep snow off piste at a variety of Hokkaido ski areas. We had lots of fresh pow, and even some sunshine exposing the beautiful views and landscapes, and guided access to lots of great lines that even the locals aren't using up! Good company and great food, out of the way places, and insider intel all made this a great trip and great value. Thanks guys, we will be back for more!"
"The Snow Tow tour was an excellent ski trip as a lifetime skier but a first time visitor to Japan. The guides were super flexible to help with anything. They planed which hills on the day of according to conditions and gave us the best skiing.
"This is a 5 plus star adventure. Brent and Luke go above and beyond on both the skiing and culture. They even got us last minute tickets to Sumo which is rare and a feat in it self. All in all an AWESOME 2 weeks in Japan. I will be back and highly recommend Japan Ski Adventures!"
"Japan Ski Adventures is the best! Brent and Luke got it dialled. Perfect mix of skiing Japow and exploring the culture and history of Japan. The accommodations are all top end and excellent selection of Japanese restaurants through trip. Guides are fluent in and Japanese and English, which assists immensely traveling in Japan. Explore small ski hill gems to big resorts, as well as backcountry. The trips are well organized yet offer freedom and options for everyone in the group. Long live Japan Pow! Thanks Brent and Luke for an amazing experience on Renaissance Tour."
"If you are thinking about skiing in Japan, hooking up with Brent and Luke is a no brainer- it's the only way to go! Sure you could make arrangements for yourself but if you are going to Japan to ski, why worry about the little things? From day one, we were treated to excellent accommodations, easy transportation between resorts, and food so good that this could just as easily be a culinary tour. Brent and Luke are savvy expats who were raised in Japan and know the culture and how to get around. Brent's local knowledge of the ski resorts made each day's excursion an awesome ski adventure.
"What an awesome week in Sapporo with Brent and Luke! The trip had it all from the magical Hokkaido powder guided to the best stashes you can find on the mountain, japanese cuisine insights with all types of variations and the great onsen end of day retreat! Luke and Brent have an extra edge that many other guided ski companies don't offer with having spent many years growing up in Japan they can speak the language fluently and have the cultural experience to provide further insight into one of the most interesting cultures."
"This was my first time to Hokkaido to ride, and my goals were to see as much as possible in the amount of time that we had there, experience the famed Hokkaido powder, have the freedom to choose where to ride at each resort, and experience the culture through the food and people. The snow tow was everything we could have hoped for! It provided all of the necessities: lodging, breakfast, transportation, a solid itinerary, and access to backcountry guides and planned dinners if you wished.
