Hachimantai Cat Ski Trip

For the 2025 season, Hachimantai Cat skiing is an optional upgrade to our 3, 4, and 5 -day private Tohoku guiding packages.

The Tohoku guiding package is an inclusive private guiding package that makes your trip to the Tohoku region smooth and easy. The trip includes pickup by private transfer, high-end accommodation with onsen hot springs, any lift tickets, daily dinner and breakfast, and guiding by a qualified English speaking guide. We offer rental skis, splitboards and avalanche safety sets.

The Cat: The terrain on offer is high elevation and east facing which means its constantly loaded by weather systems which come from the west. The ski zone is very open with trees available for skiing in, as an option--not a requirement. ​
