Introducing Rusutsu Resort

Located in southern Hokkaido, Rusutsu receives an average annual snowfall of 45 feet (14 meters) and has some of the best powder and tree skiing found anywhere in the world. The resort, comprised of three separate mountains, offers all levels of ski and snowboard terrain with more than 37 trails, connected by four gondolas and 14 lifts, with two terrain parks and 1,378 acres (42 km) of terrain.

All of our itineraries base out of the 4-star, ski-in/out Rusutsu Resort

Select from a variety of room types including Single, Twin, Triple and Junior Suites

Itineraries include a daily breakfast buffet which serves both Western and Japanese meal options. One buffet dinner on the day of your arrival is also included. After that, your evening meals are up to you!

Itineraries include round trip transportation from Hokkaido's CTS Airport and Sapporo City. Travel from Niseko Resort is also possible but must be arranged separately.

Food at the Rusutsu Resort

Your reservation at the Rusutsu Resort includes a daily buffet breakfast which serves up a wide variety of western and Japanese cuisine with a special emphasis on fresh and local foods.

A similarly amazing dinner buffet is included for 1 night on the day of your arrival. After your first night you can request with the hotel to add the dinner buffet for additional nights or you can opt to dine at any of the 13 in-hotel restaurants each night! 

The restaurants encompass a surprising number of genres including Japanese Izakaya, Japanese Sushi/Sashimi, French, Italian, and if you don't want to choose, just go for the incredible buffet which has a little bit of everything!

Introducing the Rusutsu Resort Hotel

Rusutsu Resort is a full service, luxurious 4-star hotel with ski-in/out access from the ski resort.

All of our accommodations include in-hotel hot springs, Wi-Fi and en-suite restrooms.

As well as offering ski-in/out access to Rusutsu Ski Resort, this hotel also offers a small indoor amusement park, in-hotel Onsen hot springs, an indoor wave pool, a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities inside the hotel, an arcade room with games, and most importantly for skiers--a place to wash your manky ski gear so you can stay fresh every day. 

Rooms at Rusutsu Resort Hotel have free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, safe, refrigerator, a bathroom with shower, a hairdryer, and slippers and comfy PJ's for sauntering around the hotel.

Guests can choose to have the buffet dinner included in their stay (additional fee) or select from one of the many restaurants inside the hotel.

Getting there and back

There are three pickup and drop off options for this package. Sapporo station and CTS airport bus transfers are included in the package price. 

Option #1: Daily 8am departure from Sapporo Station is included in this package.

Option #2: Regular tour bus departures from Hokkaido's main airport; CTS with departures every 1-2 hours 

Option #3: Private taxi pickup at your location of choice in the Niseko Resort area. Niseko is a 30 minute drive from Rusutsu Resort.
