Most meals include at least a few familiar western cuisine options, but the focus is on an abundant choice of healthy Japanese foods including sushi, rice-based Donburi dishes, hand-picked mountain vegetables, various assortments of Miso Soups, pork and beef Shabu-Shabu, just to name a few.
