Tohoku Storm Chaser Lodging
Our hotels are located downtown to facilitate a great après experience. Walking distance to all of our evening restaurant reservations, many people opt to stay out late to get in some Karaoke or check out the evening Izakaya scene. Our hotels are solidly in the 3-star+ range and are very comfortable, clean and cater to skiers very well.
Pricing for this trip is based on shared twin-room accommodation but single supplements (single rooms for solo travelers or odd-numbered groups) are available for a ¥60,000 per person charge, available during check out. |

Morioka Lodging - The Dormy Inn
|
The Dormy Inn in Morioka is the absolute best that this modest city has to offer. Kick back in the rooftop onsen (hot springs) and relax your sore muscles after a full day of smashing Japow. You'll also be right around the corner from one of the best pubs in town for some of that après.
This hotel is very nice and functional but if you're looking for a luxury accommodation experience, this isn't it, and this trip probably isn't for you. Stats:

Aomori Lodging - The JAL City Hotel
|
In Aomori city, we stay at the JAL City Hotel positioned at the center of this quaint port-side town. Located right next to the bay and right along the pedestrian walking road, anything is within easy distance of this hotel.
Aomori has a unique and interesting culture with its own traditions, dialect and yes--amazing local food. In this town we'll be eating sushi, seeing two musical performances and can even learn some traditional dances (participation optional!). Stats:
